Description
You are getting a full new furnace installation. This package includes all labor, material, and equipment necessary to get the installation done right. We need to set up an inspection where a HVAC PRO will go out to the home he will take some measurements and set up installation date.
What is included:
- Labor to install new or replacement furnace
- If you pull permits you may need ductwork test (third party company)
- New SMALL Furnace ?? BTU 80% AFUE
- All part and materials will be provided by the contractor
- Removal and disposal of old unit if needed
What is excluded:
- Necessary electrical service & gas service must already be in place
- Electrical panel amperage upgrades
- Relocating Furnace to attic kit ($500)
- Customer to obtain city permits (if required ranges from $400 to $585)
- Asbestos removal or other services where asbestos is present. Asbestos-related work requires an asbestos certified technician (ranges $850 to $1000)
