Scope Of Work For A New AC Add On.

• Complete cooling system (Air Conditioner & AC Coil)
  A/C unit: 4-ton, 14-SEER AHRI Certified
  Includes the installation of a matching indoor evaporator coil
  Furnace: Must be installed already.
  Complete removal and disposal of your existing system (if any existing)

Warranties Of Goodman AC Equipment:

• 10-year manufacturer warranty;
• 1-year labor warranty

Exclusions If Not Included In Scope Of Work.

• Standard cancellation policies apply
• The deal does not include permit fees ($500)
• installation cost may vary from the price in the offer if special requirements are required
• Image may not reflect the exact product/service
• Electrical & gas service must already be in place
• Electrical panel amperage upgrades
• Difficult to access attics, basements, and other locations for both indoor or outdoor components may require additional labor
• Ductwork & venting installation

Additional Upgrades If you need custom work

• Attic Installation kit ($650)
• Electrical Upgrades
• Asbestos removal or other services where asbestos is present. Asbestos-related work requires an asbestos certified technician
• Fees for 3rd-party crane, if needed, for roof mount or other installation
• Cost of 3rd party ductwork pressure testing for permitting purpose
